Currently our platform allows you to establish a Limited Company (SL.) – Similar to a limited liability company (SL), it is the most common type of company in Spain, especially for small and medium-sized companies. The minimum capital required is 3,000 euros.
We only allow adults of legal age (18+) to be shareholders of the company.
You can open a bank account for your company using our service.
During registration you will have to indicate the capital of the company. This amount must be transferred to the company account.
You will receive two documents
Deed of Constitution: It is the founding document of your company, granted before a notary. It includes essential information such as the name of the company, the corporate purpose, the registered office, the share capital and the identity of the shareholders and directors.
Commercial Registration Certificate: This certificate is issued by the Commercial Registry once the company is officially registered. Confirm that the company has been legally incorporated and provide details such as the company's registered name, registration number and registration date.
The company charter is usually sent within 3 business days from the date you submitted the application.
It usually takes weeks, but it depends on the date selected by the company.
After completing our online form, submitting documents and paying fees, we will send you the company charter which you will need to print, sign and send us a scan.
