What do you need?
Complete copy of the passport.
Criminal record issued by the Authorities of the country or countries in which you have resided during the last five years prior to entering Spain.
When it comes to the father, mother or guardian of a minor of Spanish nationality:
Birth certificate of the minor of Spanish nationality stating the family link and the Spanish nationality of said minor, where applicable, legal document of guardianship of the minor.
When it comes to a person who provides support to a Spanish person with a disability:
Documentation proving the disability of the Spanish citizen, or the need for support measures for the exercise of their legal capacity, as well as being in their care and living with them.
DNI of the Spanish citizen.
In the case of the spouse or accredited de facto partner of a citizen of Spanish nationality, an ascendant over 65 years of age or a dependent child under 65 years of age, a dependent descendant under 21 years of age or over 21 years of age as a dependent, of a citizen of Spanish nationality Spanish, or your spouse or de facto partner:
Documentation proving the disability of the Spanish citizen, or the need for support measures for the exercise of their legal capacity, as well as being in their care and living with them.
DNI of the Spanish citizen.
In the case of a child of a father or mother who had originally been Spanish:
Birth certificate of the applicant.
Birth certificate of the originally Spanish father or mother and/or certificate from the Civil Registry that certifies said condition.
