Complete copy of passport.
Documentation proving continued stay in Spain for a minimum period of three years. The documentation provided must contain the applicant's identification data and must preferably have been issued and/or registered by a Spanish Public Administration. For example, documents relating to registration, hospitalisation, a medical consultation in the public health system, as well as any municipal, regional or state documentation justifying presence in Spain will be taken into consideration.
Criminal record issued by the Authorities of the country or countries in which you have resided during the last five years prior to entering Spain.
Documentation proving the required family ties (updated marriage certificate or registry of couples, birth certificate or other documents), or, a social integration report issued by the Autonomous Community of the applicant's habitual residence.
Documentation proving livelihood:
Employment contract or contracts with the required characteristics, signed by the employer and employee. The following documents must also be included:
- Copy of NIF and, where applicable, the company's bylaws to determine whether the person signing the contract is authorized to do so, from the company's deeds.
- Copy of the training and, where applicable, the professional qualification legally required for the exercise of the profession, as well as approved qualifications and membership in a professional association if necessary.
- Proof that the company guarantees solvency necessary, through: the declaration of personal income tax, or VAT, or Corporate Tax or the report on the company's working life (VILE).
If the contract is not submitted, proof of livelihood may be provided if the social integration report that certifies the foreigner's social integration so indicates and recommends exempting the applicant from this requirement. In this case, it is necessary to provide:
